FB Chat and Smelly Campus

For some inexplicable reason, i'm very tired. It was hard getting out of bed today and going to class. Once in class, my mind was all over the place. My second class is a long two hours. Usually, i'm pretty good at keeping on task...not today. At the hour mark, i ended up daydreaming of various things. At one point i calculated the amount of sleep i had. It's only 6 hours. I've definitely had worse. I don't know. I think we were talking about rats in a box, pulling some lever, but i was in my own world. I also realized today that it's really easy to look tired. It's all mental. You can consciously make your eyes droop, put your head down, etc. All you have to do is exhibit the characteristics of a sick person. The thing is, once you are in that slump, you have to get out. I hate staying in that kind of mood all day. When the class was over, i came back and looked at myself in the mirror. My friend told me that i looked sick and tired. Am I? I don't know. I think i feel sick because yesterday night, i had pizza. I know that my stomach doesn't hold well when there are late-night snacks. I still ate anyways. Papa John's is amazing. The only reason i had pizza was because i needed something to munch on while i was papering. Amazingly, i wrote two papers yesterday night. At 1.30-ish, i was done with everything and able to hop into bed.

I'm not sure how i feel about the new fb chat. I didn't even know about it until my friend told me this morning. I was slightly intrigued and then bothered. It's too much connection for me. I don't know if i want to talk to other people while i'm on fb. I guess i just like to think of chat and fb as two different entities. It's also hard for me to multi-task. That's why when i study, i can't listen to music or have high-speed internet. With high-speed connection you can cam, youtube, stream music; it's a world of countless possibilities! Basically, it's a chance for you to jump on the procrastination band wagon. Something of which i do regularly. Another procrastination thing i do is watch t.v. It gets harder as the year progresses because of the massive amount of work i'm swimming in. For instance, i love love Dancing with the Stars. I've missed so many episodes that i'm now too behind to catch up. I just found out that one of my favorite couples got the boot. The list of casualities - Priscilla Presley, Adam Carolla, Steve Guttenberg, Monica Seles and Penn Jillette - now include Marlee Matlin. She was the really pretty, deaf dancer on the show. She had great rhythm. I guess it wasn't enough because her mambo performance was "off."

You know what else is, "off?" Well, the smell of my campus. I want to make this clear - my FRIEND pointed this out. There are certain trees on campus that i think smell like shrimp. Nasty, right? My friend thinks it smells more like fish. It's the same category, so we're both on the same page. Here comes my other friend saying that it doesn't smell like shrimp but more like semen! Isn't that nasty? I wasn't sure what she was saying (or rather, smelling). We were walking to the lab and all of a sudden she stops. She starts to do a mini-crouch with her arms and feet out. This is when she says, "it's semen!" I went to the very spot she stood, but to me it didn't smell like anything? She said that her bf told her that it smelled like semen first. Those are excuses, excuses! I really want to find out where it's coming from. I'm now intrigued. She also says that there are leaves near the library that smell like apples! Isn't that nice. The only thing is that we don't have any apple trees on campus. Nonetheless, it's very delightful. I have to check this find out. The one thing i really like about my campus is that it's green. It's definitely very scenic. I love the trees and shade. The downfall is that there are tons and tons of birds and squirrels. Bird/squirrel sex is kind of disturbing. I'll just leave it at that.

Onto news. Don't you miss it? I've been so busy that i've neglected one of the things i like doing the most. What a shame. Today's news is a lesson on toilet safety. A New Yorker using a toilet at his son's home when water erupted from the commode and threw him against a wall. Apparently, there was steam coming from the toilet, followed by hot water springing out from the plumbing fixture that propelled him a few feet into the wall of the shower. He was reported to be dizzy but uninjured. [read more here] Lesson? If you hear or see stuff coming from the toilet, you get the heck out of there. Forget about your pants! It's safety first! You won't be wearing anything if you end up dead! Holy cow. It makes me check out the toilet before i take a crapper next time. That mess is dangerous. If it propelled me into my shower wall, i would probably injure myself. Not to mention the embarrassment you'll suffer! Jeez. It is a true travesty if a toilet took your life. Since i'm on the subject of toilets, i came across i really neat house.
It's a toilet shaped house! Isn't that too funny. There are so many good possibilities for punny jokes that i don't even know where to begin. The house was built by Sim Jae-duck, the chairman of the organizing committee of the Inaugural General Assembly of the World Toilet Association, and he hopes his toilet house will highlight the global need for better sanitation. So, there's a logical reason why this house was built. Interestingly enough, the Toilet-Shaped house is named Haewoojae, which signifies in Korean “a place of sanctuary where one can solve one’s worries." It's actually a really neat concept. I kind of wonder who occupies this space. Is it even occupied? Or is it just a statement/landmark?

Cute picture of the day.

Yum, yum, sunny-side up. I personally like the piggies.

total relaxation

Today was so chill it was fabulous. I woke up and exercised. When i came home, i showered and felt really good. I waited for awhile for my hair to dry and took a mini-nap before lunch. This is like at 10. I napped for an hour. I went to lunch and then came home to relax! I popped in The Notebook and cuddled into my bed. I love love that movie. The ending is always a tear fest for me. I started sniffling and dabbing my eyes when she "comes back" to him. AWW. It's so sweet. If you haven't seen this movie, i recommend ya'll do. It just makes you believe in love! I was craving a romantic chick-flick and i'm glad i popped that one in. I have the smallest collection of dvds ever that includes: High School Musical, 2 drew barrymore movies, and hoan chau cat cat. After the movie, i went shopping! I bought two shirts and some jeans. All for a total of $20. I wore one of the shirts right after i bough tit because it was so darned hot out and i was wearing a turtleneck shirt. I quickly changed in the back of the car, hoping no one would see. Of course, i was successful! When i was done shopping, i came home to eat dinner with friends. Before we walked to dinner, my friend showed me this youtube channel of this girl that reminds her of me. It's of this creepy girl with big eyes that just stares into the camera.

If you check her channel, she writes/talks in japanese. She sort of looks asian, right? Well surprise surprise, she's not! I wiki-ed her up to see why she was such a phenom on youtube. I still don't get it, but whatever. [more details on her] She's actually native american and born in the states. She just happens to realy love japanese culture. I think she's really pretty, up until she opens her mouth. Ohh, she has nasty teeth. I think she needs some braces. The reason i came up in this conversation was because my friend was looking through fb pictures. She saw this one and was reminded of magibon.
Um, yea. About this picture...I was fixing to put makeup on my friend and decided to tie my front hair back because i didn't have any bobby pins. It's also a habit of mine to tie it back like that when i'm studying. My friends think the "do" is amusing. Anyways, she showed me this picture and kept switching from magibon's youtube to my picture (4 million times). I think we were all laughing at the ridiculousness of it all. I think our eyes are kind of similar. Magibon's seem bigger, but it might be from the makeup and the angle of the camera. Other than that, i don't really see any similarities. Maybe the face structure? I don't know. In that picture, you can see my 3 pimples. Nasty!!

Don't read the bracketed if you don't want to know about my toilet ordeals.
[I ate very little for dinner: bowl of soup and half a bagel. I'm not on a diet. By 10, my stomach was grumbling and i was craving ice cream. We decided to make a fast trip down to sonic. I got a jr. chicken wrap and an orea sonic blast. YUM! Unfortunately, it did not settle well in my stomach. Right when i came home, i had a date with mister toilet. Ug. At least i don't have diarrhea. My friend's suitemate has a bad case of diarrhea. It's even worse for her because she doesn't have an air sanitizer, so the bathroom is left smelling really bad. That's nasty. I was surprised i didn't have the runs because i am lactose intolerant. I learned the hard way growing up that i can't handle milk. Whatever, this is a nasty subject.]

My little sister called me today. It was during dinner and i was pleasantly surprised. I found out someone likes her! That's so darned cute. I love my little sister to death and it's kind of sad that she's growing up. Anyways, there's a problem in her life. She doesn't like the guy back, but to complicate things...the guy happens to be one of her best friends. AWW! That's so sad. The way little sister talked about it was so cute, but it also made me sad that she had to reject him. Although it pains me that she has to reject her best friend, i think she made a good decision. You shouldn't jump into a relationship if you can't reciprocate the feelings. It's not fair to you and the person asking you out. The story she told me was too funny though. If i got the story right, the guy asked her to be his gf through...gum. Apparently, she didn't even realize he asked her. Oh...that's bad. Anyways, little sister told me that she asked the guy for gum. The guy wrote the question on the gum wrapper and gave it to her. By the end of the day, he repeated the question he asked on the gum wrapper and she was like..."HUH?" AWW. I hope things work out for her and her friend. Good friends are hard to find, but even harder to keep. I know that for a fact. I hope she updates me.

I was looking through the internet and i found a crazy fad. It's now all about balloon fashion! What is that? It's basically clothes made out of balloons. The catch is that it's all wearable. Fragile it may be, people are sporting this on the runway! It's really neat and very inspiring. I can't believe anyone came up with this idea. I just hope that no one decides to wear one of these creations near pointy objects.

[source]

There is so much intricate detailing that i'm just (nearly) speechless. I can't imagine making something liek that. Major kudos to the designers. Check the source to see other brilliant designs. I think from afar you would've never guessed the material. This reminds of the Project Runway, when Chris used real human hair in his collection. That was a little bizarre, but the concept worked. At least i thought it did. I thought Chris's collection was way more impressive and dramatic than Rami's was, but that's over. The hair idea was at least practical, whereas this one is for costumey use only.

Cute picture of the day.

More Gripes? More Toilets?

I was really bored in class and started to draw on myself. I thought it was so amusing that i started chuckling to myself. It's quite ridiculous. I never draw on myself. When i was little, my dad always said if you draw on yourself you'll turn into one of those gangsters that sport tattoos. He takes it a step further and says, "you want a tattoo right? You ant to grow up to be a low-life gangster." I always thought it was silly, but i never drew on myself after that. He scared me too much. Today, i feel a lot better. All i have left is a test on Friday and then i'll be ok. Spring break is so close i can almost taste it. I just need a refresher. I'm looking at April calender and it looks super busy. Oh, dear.

Sometimes, people frustrate me. Remember that little cartoon i put up awhile that was in Korean? Well it depicts two types of acorns. The first is the complainer stuck in a situation. Instead of trying to get yourself out of the situation, you kind of just sit there and gripe about the unfairness that is life. The second is the do-er, trying to get yourself out of a bad spot. Instead of sitting there useless, you do all you can to get yourself out or make the situation better. So, i'm taking on that philosophy. If something is wrong, do something about instead of complain about the wrongness of the situation. Its not going to get any better if you vent. Well, it might make you feel better but the situation remains. It might also be the thinking at fault. If you are so focused on wanting a certain outcome, you totally overlook how to achieve it. For instance, say you want to throw a party, a great kick-butt, shiznit party. Instead of doing stuff to make the party great, you sit on your butt and just expect it to happen. How in the world is that going to work? You have to work from the bottom up. There's the food, music, decorations, publicity that all goes into making a part great. You can't just jump from one thing to another and expect greatness. It doesn't work that way; life doesn't work that way. About the picture, i know it's a creepy looking guy, but i thought it was semi-appropriate. I don't know how his eye is bulging out like that. It looks freaky. I'm going to try to make that face.

Since i'm hungry, i'm thinking about all the really good things i can whip up really fast. The best thing is an easy sandwich. I like my sandwich to have mustard, turkey meat, and loads of vegetables like spinach, tomatoes (even though it's technically a fruit), mushrooms, pickles, jalapeños, and cucumbers. If there's guacamole, throw that into the mix. It's super yummy. For some reason, i don't like putting cheese into my sandwich. Along with that, i like to put salad dressing. Thousand Island dressing is really good with a nicely made sandwich and it's healthy. If you have ramen, it's even better and easier since you just pop everything into the microwave. What i like to do is cook some eggs first and have that at the bottom of my ramen. Make sure that its thoroughly cooked before you pour the ramen on top. After that, you can put extra ingredients like mystery meat (cha), shrimp, and your vegetables like mushroom and spinach. It's super simple and super easy. Sometimes i eat that as a midnight snack. Right now, i really miss making spaghetti. I'm pretty good at it and the bf can testify! It's the only thing i can properly make. Too bad i don't know how to make the sauce from scratch. I think i might want to investigate the how-to's of going about that. That might be my cooking attempt over the break. Goodness, i'm so hungry.

Wow, i accidentally threw up a little in my mouth. When i swallowed it, i made this really nasty face thinking that it was really gross. I hate it when those accidental things happen. There were people passing out sunglasses around campus. They are quite retro. Thank you Barcus!

Why is the quality so bad? It's my webcam. I was too lazy to adjust anything so it turned out horrible. But those are the glasses they passed out. If there's anything FREE, i'm there. They are orange, if i had a choice i would've gotten the hot pink ones. Maybe the bf likes? My desk is really dirty and i have random things spewing everywhere. It's a sad, sad sight.

You know what else is sad? A woman stuck in a toilet...for not 2 sec, not 2 min, but 2 years. I randomly chose this picture to represent the article i'm talking about. In Wichita, Kansas a woman got stuck in her boyfriend's toilet seat for so long that her body began to grow around it. She initially refused help because she was "embarrassed." After convincing, the toilet seat was pried off the toilet and she was sent to the hospital (toilet seat still attached to her rump). Authorities have yet to determine the fate of the woman's bf who promised to feed her everyday during the toilet seat fiasco. He asked her is she needed help everyday and her response would always be, "Maybe tomorrow." There is no mention as to why it took the boyfriend 2 years to make the phone call. [read more here] How the heck does someone get stuck in the toilet? And why did it take 2 years for someone to speak up? Even though the experience was probably personally mortifying, it wouldn't have to be publicly mortifying if you asked for help right then and there. Shame on the boyfriend for not helping his girlfriend out. It's so insane how people think nowadays. If i ever get stuck in an embarrassing situation, i expect ya'll (friends, family, bf) to think on my behalf and act upon the better judgment. Otherwise i'd be in the news categorized under "Crazy Woman."

Another crazy thing i read today should be categorized as bizarre. I think the picture explains everything.
How crazy can inventors get? Here's your chance to get your very own Bitchcruiser. These are available for bid on ebay. You've got until March 16th to decide. If you are going bid on this, make sure to tap into your life savings fund because it's starting at $2,303.81. [source] I had a good laugh at this for awhile when i first came upon this. I've got a knack for finding weird articles. Anyways, this is majorly tacky. It's just screaming, "i haven't had sex in too long, so this is the outcome." I can't believe anyone would ride this in public, much less by it. You are either really perverted, a sex addict, or something sex-deprived to be interested in this. If you know anyone buying this, do tell.

Cute picture of the day.

This is my kind of car.

Gripes and Art

APO Mafia. I didn't know it would be this intense? So we are given a hit list of 6 people and it's your mission to kill or be killed. Killing times begin at 7.30 a.m and ends at midnight. So after the meeting, i went back and showered. I got out and wrapped myself in a towel. Of course, that's when i hear a knock. It was my friend and i didn't think anything of it because shes so misleadingly cute. Anyways, i open the door in my towel and BAM she hits me with a nerf dart right on my chest. Moreover, a friend of hers was there as a witness, so he saw me in my towel. Gosh darn. I hate being killed first. I'm so weak sauce. I'm also feeling a little sluggish today. I slept a little late, but i woke up at 10 so it should compensate for the late bed time. In total, i think i got about 8 hours in. That's a lot of sleep! I was surprised that i managed to sleep with that buzzing in the background.

I'm at work and i should be working on my papers, but i'm just such a procrastinator that i'm now blogging. Is that good? Well, the good thing is that you don't have other distractions such as aim, msn, music, or anything bright and sparkly on your desk. The bad thing about being at work or the lab in general is that you have no privacy. I like to youtube, download stuff, blog, look at pictures, google, and it's so weird when you know people are walking behind you glancing behind your shoulder. They are definitely judging me. How do i know they are looking over my shoulder? It doesn't take 10 seconds to open a door. The door is directly behind where i sit and they just take their leisure time walking in and out of the room. It's so awkward to have them do their little pause because they are nosy. I know their opinion of me doesn't really matter, but it's truly annoying. All i can say is, you can't judge a book by its cover. I know i look up weirdo stuff on the internet (weird, not disgusting) and a part of it reflects who i am. But its not totally accurate. For instance, i watch a lot of stupid tv. I need chillax time. So i watch E and Bravo: Girls Next Door, Project Runway, Flavor of Love. Does that mean i'm a stupid blonde who loves fashion and rap? No, it's just something i find funny. It's humor and it makes me feel better about life.

Li Wei is a contemporary artist from Beijing. His work often depicts him in apparently gravity-defying situations. Its really neat to go through his portfolio. [read more here] He calls it "falling into [insert place]" Apparently he's really famous in China and highly recognized for his work. I like the pictures of his son. Or at least i think he uses his son. There's this one in particularl where the tiny boy is naked and standing next to the window. The little boy is so cute. From the back, he sort of reminds me of baby brian when he was young and cute. I think he uses a lot of photoshop to accomplish a lot of his things. Art is so strange. It's definitely in the eye of the beholder. I know that i like modern, contemporary art a lot. There's this guy on youtube that i love to watch whenever i get the chance to. I remembered watching his body art titled "Influences."

It's so bizarre how people can think like that. His user name is Philinthecircle. Isn't that too cute? On top of that, it's a pun. How neat. I really want a cool youtube name now. It's just so hard to think up of something when your brain is worked out so badly. School is getting harder by the day. I already know a couple of people that are transferring to UT because the tuition and workload are getting to them.

I'm at work and one of the things i try not to do (in any public place) is use the bathroom. But, gosh darn it, sometimes i just can't hold it in. This time, instead of an irritating smell, the toilet seat was up! In addition, there was a platter of pee everywhere. That is so disgusting. I don't understand why guys can't clean up after themselves after using the toilet. Is it too hard to wipe your own pee? Or is it too hard to pull down the toilet seat? You should be responsible for yourself. Before i went, i had to do a wipe down. It was so gross. I felt so dirty afterwards. I know, many girls gripe about this, but it's a must! I'm so glad the bf doesn't leave the toilet seat up. My dad does though. I told him about the dangers of leaving the seat up, especially in a house full of girls! At night, when you really need to pee but just too lazy to turn on the lights...you might fall in the toilet! That, would be my personal experience for ya. If only someone could invent a lever, foot pump or something that a guy can press so that the lid would automatically pop up. That would be so nice. I got this idea because i was looking at a trashcan. It's so handy when you don't have to touch things like that. I don't even flush the toilet with my hands. I raise my foot and press the lever down so that i wouldn't have to touch it. So many germs! This is a major pink eye alert. Guys, if you want to find a way into a lady's heart, have bathroom manners!

I have lots of papers to write.

Cute picture of the day.

i never thought it'd be so painful.

Weather Grumblings and Dirty Toilet Seats

Hmm...this picture sort of makes me look weird. Anyways, i was a flower! I bought the flower thing for like, a dollar at Wal-Mart. YAY! My cheeks look flushed and it's not because i was drunk or "under the influence." I was wearing my "tipsy" cheek stain. The cheek stains are very natural looking and they smell really good. I like using them.

It' so ugly today. Beyond ugly. It's very windy, rainy and dark. The weather was really nice yesterday and took a turn for the worst today. Oh, Texas weather. I was wearing my white hat around all day and my fluffy A&F jacket that makes me look like an eskimo. I changed once because i was wearing a tank in the morning, thinking it would be ok. How i was very wrong. Besides the weather, today went by smoothly. It's almost over, so i'm very glad. Mondays and Wednesdays are always the hardest days for me. Generally, after Thursday, i consider everything down hill.

I really want dark-wash skinny jeans. I have a pair of light ones (in the picture) and now i want another color. Dark jeans are slimming and i need it because my thighs are definite thunder-thighs. Yack, must disguise. I ate dim sum yesterday and i realized i don't like people who don't have opinions. LEMMINGS! All of them. Is it because they lack a personality? a mind of their own? Speak up and tell me what you what or what you want to do. Stop following people around and grow up. It's about time. I expected to see social lemmings in high school, but college? Isn't this the time to grow up and not care about being "cool" or doing the "popular" thing? I guess that's a hard trap to get out of, the whole "peer pressure" thing. I just don't don't understand how one can stand being bossed around like they are a little insignificant puppet. I wouldn't want to be someone's puppet.

That being said, i don't think "Asian-time" is applicable to food. Let me clarify. Asian-time is basically the general rule that all Asians abide by: we are expected to be 30 min -1 hour late for all occasions. That means if you are throwing a party and want people to show up at 6, you are obligated to say that the party starts at 5:30 so that people show up on time. We were at dim sum and the lemming told some people what time to meet us there because the drive would take 30 min. We got there on time, but they didn't leave their apartment until we arrived at the restaurant. That means we would've had to wait another 30 min? an hour? Since they were inconsiderate, we got a table for ourselves and ordered. Obviously, the lemming kept looking at the door. I gave him the choice of waiting or eating with us. Of course, he ate with us. We finished eating by the time they showed up in a huffy puff because we didn't wait for them. Not all of us graduated and have leisure time to waste.

It's almost Spring Break and i'm so excited. I get to spend time with the bf and go to a concert, featuring:
The lovely, Sarah Bareilles. I love her voice, it's very pretty and touching. Lyric wise, she's definitely my style. I love her piano skills and her current hit single is "Love Song."
"Head under water
And they tell me to breathe easy for a while
The breathing gets harder, even I know that
You made room for me but it's too soon to see
If I'm happy in your hands"
You can actually hear a lot of her stuff in commercials. "Bottle It Up" is used in the satellite commercial...tivo... somewhere along those lines. I think there are uncanny resemblances to America's Next Top Model, Heather. She is the one with asperger syndrome. If you want to know more about it, here's wiki. To summarize, you basically have very poor communication skills, obsessive or repetitive routines, and clumsiness.
That's Heather from ANTM. I think they have very similar facial features. The next artist is the lovely...
Ingrid Michaelson! She has a very soulful voice. I love her song "The Way I Am." I also think this is a commercial song, Old Navy i think. I recorded this because i was so hooked. It's so simple and pleasant to listen to...and the best thing, is that it's all true.
"If you were falling, then I would catch you.
You need a light, I'd find a match.
Cause I love the way you say good morning.
And you take me the way I am.
If you are chilly, here take my sweater.
Your head is aching, I'll make it better."
The lyrics are too darling. I really want to see A Fine Frenzy in concert, but i won't be home for them. Boo.

I know this is a weird random random thought, but toilets are really gross. I'm not a big fan of public toilets, especially after someone has already taken a dump and you can smell the awful remains. I know, i sound totally disgusting. But, what's worse is when you see a toilet seat with a little black curly hair sitting on top of the seat. That is just a turn-off, turn the other direction and choose another stall, kinda thing. That's what happened today. It was in the ladies bathroom. I really needed to go so i stepped into the nearest stall and it wasn't a pretty sight. I sighed and moved to the next stall. What if there's only one stall available? If you really need to go, then you'll just suck it up and clean as much as you can. Afterwards, wash and sanitize! This is a weird topic, lets digress.

I'm going to start you-tubing! Watch out for me! haha.

Cute picture of the day.

There are two types of people in this world:
The person stuck in a situation that would grunt about their distress or the person who would do something about their situation.
"Who are you?"

Toilets are fun too?!

I hate the feeling of losing something, especially something really important. It makes you feel worthless and it comes off as being careless. I'm not careless! I do care and I feel awful when i lose things. Just awful. This time i lost the bf's/our usb thing. I'm so sad because i can't remember losing it anywhere...so i can't even back track. That's the worst. Over the weekend, i'm going to buy a new memory stick for my camera and a new usb thing. I will NOT lose either of them. FOR SURE this time.

I went to a really interesting/motivating dinner today. There was a guest speaker that talked about being "responsible." That took me back to HS-sophomore year. Mr. Pactor drilled in this phrase: "you are responsible for your own life." Take charge and make a difference. She was a very charismatic speaker, but it was long. So long, i was ready to get up and leave. I had eaten a full dinner and my bladder was about to burst. I had to hold in my pee for so long, i could feel myself getting a tummy ache. When she was finally done, i was so glad and relieved i could hug the lady.

I was really productive today and finished my paper during work, like i said i would. When i went home, i decided to repair my bag. There are two gaping holes in the bag that causes everything to fall into the lining. The bag was cheap, but really cute. So i want to save it before it dies. I had my needle and thread out, but i needed to empty out my bag. I got my bag out and dumped everything out. I went back to my needle and thread...and the needle was no where to be found. Why do things just disappear on me? I looked around the area for about twenty minutes until i gave up on the project. Sigh. If i find it again, i'll make sure to document my efforts. I'm pretty good with a needle and thread. I've tried my hand at embroidery. It turned out ok.

I think Taiwan has this really cool restaurant theme going on. You'd never guess what it is.....Its all toilet themed!
I know!!!! What a concept. I wouldn't think a restaurant like this would ever survive...but it does and its flourishing! [original article in chinese] I really want to try it out. You would never find anything like this in the states. We aren't eccentric enough.
The bf and i should make this our next date. If i could, i probably would just go to Taiwan and eat at the Modern Toilet. The ice cream looks like poo too!!! It's so cute and kind of gross at the same time. Morbid humor? It is, just ice cream. Chocolate ice cream. yummm
They really do stick to the toilet theme. I just hope no real customer does their business in one of those toilets. That is so sick.

I'm going to start up recording again. I really miss it and its a good stress reliever. I''ve been obsessed with A Fine Frenzy. Such amazing music. I love the lyrics and the way she sings her songs. Its like you feel what she feels...i think that's how music is supposed to be. A true artist. If i could ideally pursue a career, i think i would like to go into acting or singng, or BOTH! I'm so ambitious. Since i'm realistic, i snapped out of the dream mode pretty quick. While watching American Idol, i never thought i would've made it in the biz...it takes skill and passion. I have some skill, but definitely not enough (totally lacking compared to the realllyyy good singers). I remember when i was little, i wanted to adopt all the stray dogs and provide them a loving home. Then i realized they'd be gross and filled with fleas, so that dream went down the hole. And then i wanted to be a nurse, but my mom said i'd have to wipe old people's butts...and i quickly said "no thanks." I don't know if i'm being realistic about my current dreams, but i'm motivated enough to try. Ultimately i want to become a reporter/anchor/anything in the news business or television business. *crosses fingers*

Dreams. Have a good night.

Cute picture of the day.
