I refuse.
No matter where I end up or choose to live, there are a few stipulations that I refuse to deter from.
1. I will not live next to a cemetery.
2. I will not live next to a hospital.
3. I will not live next to railroad tracks.
I know this because apartment searching has been my main priority as of late. I prefer to live in a brownstone/prewar with original details and a clawfoot tub. Ahh...a girl can dream.

i wouldn't want to live near those places either.
although i might consider the cemetery if the prices are significantly lower :P
