Coffee
The rarer things are the more demand is placed on it. Take, for instance, this newly released coffee. FYI, the picture above is just some google image. Anyways, this coffee is on high demand: $100/cup. Do you have that kind of money to spend on coffee? Apparently, British people do. This is no ordinary coffee, but there are special ingredients that can't be duplicated. Well, it can...but who wants to? This coffee, Cafe Raro, is harvested from the dung of Indonesian jungle cats. The name of the coffee, Cafe Raro, doesn't sound so bad, but when you hear the ingredients...it's like throw up in your mouth. The pricey coffee is a blend of rare Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee and Kupi Luwak, an Indonesian coffee bean that is harvested from the bodily waste left behind by Indonesian civet cats. Yum. Order me a cup. It's on demand because customers are more concerned with unique experiences and an appetite for the weird and the wonderful, whatever the expense. [read more here] Leave the dung drinking to the person who eats weird things on television and shows like fear factor. I'm sure it's sanitary, but is it healthy? It is, after all, waste. Then again coffee isn't really healthy for you. On top of that, how many people can say, "I drank Indonesian cat poo today." Not many. This is definitely a chance of a lifetime. Too bad it's in England.
Exercising today felt good. I lugged myself out of bed and did 20 min on the elliptical. When i came back, i did 30 min of Tahitian cardio. I borrowed the workout dvd from my friend. It's called, "Island Girl: Dance Fitness Workout for beginners - Tahitian Cardio with Kili." Basically you dance to tone up your body. I'm not sure how effective this is, but i'm still going to try. It was my second time doing it. This time around i was better at keeping up with Kili. When i first tried it out, i was so uncoordinated. My hips were going every which direction. Even though i was by myself, i had to laugh at myself because i (probably) looked ridiculous. This workout emphasizes the hips a lot, since it's how "Tahitian dances are." Imagine the hula and you've got Tahitian cardio. I've strengthened my upper abs, but now i want to target my lower abs. I'm going to search for good lower ab exercises to beef myself up. I heard those leg up-downs were good, but i don't like laying on the floor. That kind of poses a predicament. The majority of the ab exercises require you to be on the floor. I'll have to look for an alternative. I like how i look after workout. My skin seems to glow. The only problem i have with glowy skin is that my skin is ugly now. For some reason, i broke out. Major. I don't know what to do to better my condition. At least i broke out in places that can easily be covered by my hair. Now i remember the reason why i've kept my hair long this whole time. Besides the fact that my parents (and my whole family) are against me doing the big chop, i broke out in high school. There was an entire city living on my forehead and i used my hair to cover that mess up. Since i still have that problem, my long hair is still intact.
