Get Smart and Big Sister Award!
I am loved...and it feels good! Excuse the lost and confused expression. Excuse the cheesiness of this mini-vid. I wasn't sure what i was doing. At first, i meant to take a picture, but i pushed the wrong button.
Today is a special day. My siblings were there to celebrate withe me and the bf. They (bf&siblings) gave me a card, an award for best sister, and flowers! Isn't that so sweet. I was definitely tearing up. It's so thoughtful and wonderful of them. I wasn't expecting anything like that, so i was so excited and shocked. Usually i'm a good guesser when it comes to gifts, but i didn't have a clue what this was.
I'm unintentionally wearing an orange shirt to match my orange flowers! Aren't they darling? Guys, word of advice - even if your girl or any girl for that matter says that she doesn't like flowers, it's not true! ALL girls love love love flowers. I'm no exception. It was kind of a slow morning. The parents did all sorts of tricks to get me upset. When i saw the bf, everything was better. We were supposed to take Ollie to the groomers, but i came over too late. So the date is delayed another day. The bf found a groomer that doesn't require paperwork. Apparently, it's in a rich neighborhood so they kind of take our word for it. It might be a bit to cut ollie's hair though. She's mixed poodle and chihuahua. Synonymous names are choodle, chi-poo, and poochi. She's grown up since i've taken pictures of her. Her body is covered in curly hair, very reminiscent of a poodle. Since we were late for ollie's groom session, we opted for a relaxing movie. I think it was little sister's idea. I'm always ready for movie. This one just came out yesterday. It's very good. I remembered seeing the trailer for this awhile back and wanting to see this. I really like steve carell.

It's a very funny movie. I was kind of expecting the witty, awkward humor, but i'm pleasantly surprised. There's actual depth! There's character development. The plot is also very good. I didn't expect certain things, so that's good. The cast was also very charming. I liked steve carell. He has this subtle, dry humor that i like. It's definitely his forte. Anne Hathaway is really pretty. She's so grown up and very believable in this movie. It's funny that the actors are believable because the whole darned movie is very UNbelievale, but that's the beauty of it. The Rock is more of a cameo because i didn't see much of him. To me, he's kind of blase. Masi Oka also makes an unforgettable appearance playing, what else, a NERD! I love it. He's so cute in it! The bf asked if he looks like masi and i think he does. There's nothing wrong with looking like a certain movie star! People have been saying my little sister looks like an Asian mandy moore. Somehow i don't see it. Am i missing something? The end of this movie is also very satisfying. If you're looking for a good summer laugh, i recommend this movie. I give it 5/5. What can i say? I like frivolous, fun movies.
In the theaters, i'm very verbal. I make a lot of noise about everything. So there was this fat, balding man sitting in front of us constantly looking at me during the movie. I kind of figured he was laughign at me, but i didn't really care. The bf caught him crackign a joke at me and told me about it. This was my rational: He can do whatever he wants, i don't care. He's fat, old, ugly, and balding. What does he have on me? I'm a pretty princess, can't beat that now can he? To make it through life, i've learned to take things lightly. You gots to love a little humor. The least he could do was wait to talk about me in the car with his family. What happened to tactfulness? Sigh.
