Sleep
I slept at 11:30 yesterday. When I woke up, I felt refreshed and not the usual groggy misery I put up with. I also didn't feel like falling asleep in my 8 o'clock class. I should sleep early more often. The benefits are so very rewarding. I've forgotten how good it felt to sleep an undisturbed 7-8 hours. Such a beautiful thing.
