My Laptop!!
The doorbell rang this morning. I was kind of confused but eventually answered the door. It was the delivery lady dropping off a package. The first thing i thought of was the bf's present. He's a teaser and kept saying that he bought me a laptop. So that was my initial thought because the lady had a DELL box. The lady asked for my older sister and i realized that it's my sister's laptop. She previously ordered one. I signed it and brought it in for her. She was really excited. I asked her why she got an old school one and she said that TTech (where she's going to med school) required it. TT is a school that's based on dell technology and they wanted her to get one with windows XP. I don't know, but she seems to like it. It's actually really nice. I was mildly impressed. She asked me when i'm getting mine. I was kind of shocked. I didn't know if she was kidding because at first she didn't want me to get a laptop. Why the sudden change of heart? Anyways, I told her that i was getting it later today.
I am now typing this on my brand new laptop! I love love love it! I got the HP special edition. I think the first thing i did was smell it. Just like the smell of a new car, the smell of new technology is enticing. I'm in love again! Today was a fun day. I wore a summer dress and was ready to step outside when i realized that it was raining. Gosh darn. The weather is so unpredictable. As much as i love rain, i wanted to wear a dress. So i got out of the dress i was wearing and wore some jeans so that i could wear some rain boots. Before i left, my little sister asked me to cut her hair. I'm not a pro. I alwyas give everyone fair warning before i start cutting. If i screw up, it's because i'm not a pro and that they wanted me to cut their hair at their own risk. This was also a How-To chance. I recorded the haircutting process and little sister's editing it. It might be up by tomorrow. Anyways, i did kind of mess up on her hair. She loves the back of her hair, but the front is kind of...lopsided? She's not upset at. Well, she was mildly at first. If you keep saying hair grows and it's summer, it's not so bad.
I ate at Mongolian Grill today. It's a really interesting concept. You get a bowl and fill it with as many goodies as you can/want. When you're done, give it to the griller and they will cook your bowl. It's kind of neat. My bowl was extra spicey. I'm not sure if i liked the ocmbination. I loaded up on things i liked: scallops, shrimp, meat, green beans, etc. In the end, it tasted kind of weird. It tastes very americanized. I'll give that place about a 3 out of 5. My little brother made some weird concoction too. He kept whining and complaining. Sigh. He's never satisfied. You can't live with them and you can't live without them.
Good website to refer to: HERE. I already eat a lot of these foods. It shows you 8 healthy foods you should eat.
