KXAN & New Youtube Vid

At 11.30, i got the phone call i've been waiting for this whole week. I'm now interning at KXAN. How brilliant. That phone call made my day. I seriously thought i wouldn't get the job. I know that in life there is rejection. I just didn't want that to be my first REAL rejection. I think it all started in HS when i was rejected my first year into NHS. It was so embarrassing because all my friends wondered why, i out of all people, got rejected. Simply put, the teacher disliked me and decided to not accept me into the program. From then on i made it a point to everyone that i was deserving. Also in HS, i was i missed on an opportunity to medal in an event because i didn't give my 100%. I doubted the competition and thought, "i'll save me energy." Needless to say, i never did that again. Now, i go into everything full throttle because in the end, what do you have to lose? Mini-flashback is now over. I'm satisfied.

So today i made a video with LS. It was all in good fun. LS and i entered a contest and because they cheated, they won. That prompted my next video. Someone had noted that it was "spiteful." I never mentioned their name, nor do i care if they take any offense in it. The fact of the matter is this was just a way for us to express how we felt about the contest and how it was judged. Everything i say and do in that video is not directed at anyone specifically. My bad that it so happens to be released right after the contest. In all honesty, i just thought it would be funny. The things i do remember about the video i made are the silly nuisances my LS does. I mean, we laugh at each other because poking at each other is fun. That's all there is to it.
