Secretarty

I hate it when people undermine authority. If you are doing something, freaken update the rest on what it is you are doing. So i'm like president of this organization on campus and this girl is my "secretarty" (because she's a little tart!). I wind up doing everything because no one is willing to step up. So that sucks part 1. When i call her out on not doing her "secretatrial" duties, she claims i don't tell her what to do so she doesn't know what to do. Holy Cow, what does a secretary do in ANY club/organization/life? Sometimes this girl just randomly calls meetings to order without telling me ahead of time as if she's the freaken shiznit of the org. Thus, i'm not able to make it to some. Instead of updating ME or the rest of the group about the meeting, she keeps it to herself and waits for me to INQUIRE. Son of a gun. In the end, i worked on something that really needed to be finished to find out that SHE already worked on it. I wasted my freaken time and energy on that. I used up a lot of creative juices to finish it...to find out it was all for nothing.
