Tyra Banks, Doris, and Little Brother Problems

Maybe i'm being too traditional. Hear me out and decide for yourself. I was watching The Tyra Show and today she was talking about kids having sex in schools. First of all, the reason why i was watching Tyra was because nothing else was on besides soaps. Besides, her crazy antics keep me entertained. Anyways, there was a panel of high school kids talking about what they witnessed in school and what they did themselves. The stories were unbelievable. There was actually a jr high (6-9th grade) girl talking about how her friend has sex in the middle of a stage...in the theater? That is so gross. Why would anyone want to "do" a prepubescent being? I mean, girls aren't even fully developed at that age. Their bodies are like...nothing. It's like having two stick figures rolling around on a hardwood floor. Is that pleasure? I just can't wrap my mind around that one quite yet. Now, that's just in jr. high. In HS, that's where all the "fun" begins. It's the "cool" thing to sneak under the stairs and have a go or do a quickie in the restroom. How is that sanitary at all? So many germs! That's just so disturbing. I would totally be scarred for life if i saw something i didn't want to see. That actually happened...well, seeing something i didn't want to see that is. I don't know if i ever talked about my first crazy, voodoo roomie in college, but she was beyond crazy. I happened to walk in on her and her bf having sex and i accidentally saw a bit TOO much. Just recalling that memory gives me the nasties.

My mom told me to take Doris to the mini store to get some things "fixed." I love her and all, but Dallas is like an hour drive without traffic. Knowing my luck, i'd hit traffic no matter what. So i asked her to take Doris in for me. It was so nice that she agreed to help me out. Last time, i was stuck in traffic for bloody 2 hours...or more. I can't remember because i ended up stopping somewhere to grab some grub. In my opinion, that's the best way to wait out traffic. While i was home, i ended gathering a lot of my crap together. I've been doing that all day and it's a tragic ordeal. I get so winded by the time i hit the stairs for the second time. I managed to grab a lot of my stuff, so i'm feeling high from accomplishment.

I kind of want to consider playing the kazoo. She makes it look so cool. I just need to buy a kazoo now.

Doris is incredibly dirty. So after dinner, my dad made me go outside and wash the car at around 8.30. I was down on my hands and knees while my mom watched. She asked me how i was doing and as i was puffing i say, "i'm really tired." Her answer? Vitamins!! So she runs in and grabs vitamins and water for me to inhale. I didn't know how dirty Doris was until i was scrubbing away at her rims. It's so incredibly nasty. This is why you should avoid buying white cars. At least with a dark car, the dirt can camouflage in with the color. My little brother was kind enough to help me wash the car. I don't know why he thinks it's fun? The only reason he helped was because he was rejected by his neighborhood friends. That might be an exaggeration but still...you know what i mean.

Being the good granddaughter i am, i stopped by my grandparent's house and said my goodbyes. They are so darned sweet. I love old people.

What i don't love is my mom asking me to do my little brother's hw! I can't believe this. She doesn't understand that he'll get nowhere and learn nothing if he keeps having people do his work. He still keeps pulling the "i'm the baby" crap. Instead of doing his hw, he actually said, "forget about it, lets just go to sleep." How dare he! How un-asian of him! And my mom didn't even say/do anything besides persuading me to do his hw. What has the world come to? I kind of miss the good ole' spanking days.

I used to have the same problem with my little brother and his homework! But thankfully he knows better now and does it himself. Then if he has a problem, he'll come to me for help.

And if he doesn't finish his homework, he gets really worried about it and thinks he'll get in trouble. Ahhh, crazy little bros.
